The P2 Consulting Portfolio Health Diagnostic Tool provides a detailed, factual and impartial analysis of your project portfolio. Simply complete the multiple choice questions for each of the four sections. You can complete the sections in any order. Within each section, you should read each question carefully and register your answer by selecting the single most appropriate response from the 4 options. Whilst it is possible to skip a question and return to it later, ALL questions should be completed before the results can be accurately summarised and presented. Once you have completed all questions, the report will be generated. The report includes charts showing overall health across the portfolio lifecycle, ratings for each portfolio management discipline as well as impacts on cost, schedule and benefits.
